Patient Support Petition
Showing support of Advanced Practice Nurses is a necessity if we want to succeed in passing Senate Bill 1245. Getting busy people with hectic schedules to Lansing to testify, or to even sit down and write a letter to their legislator may be nearly impossible. But, now you can help gather support during your daily life using the patient support petition form.
When you have completed petition forms (either patient or physician, or both!) please keep a copy for yourself, and send the original to the MiCNP offices at:

Physician Support Petition
This physician support petition will allow you to help gather the support of physicians, and show the legislature we are not alone. We have the support of the very physicians that we now work with, and many that are not associated with APNs. Whether we work directly with them or not, collecting signatures to show their support is now only a click away. Download the petition and ask the physicians you work with daily to show their support for our effots by signing the physician support petition.

Tips for Contact with Your Senator
Do you want to help our efforts by talking to your Senator, but are unsure of what to say? No problem! Download the "Contact with Your Senator Script," fill in the blanks with the appropriate names, and you are ready to call your Senator. Obviously this is just a suggested script, so please feel free to alter as you feel needed.
